摘  要:推拿是干预慢性疼痛的常用外治疗法之一,镇痛效果显著。功能磁共振成像(fMRI)作为一种非介入式的神经功能影像学动态检测技术,为揭示推拿干预慢性疼痛的脑中枢重塑机制研究提供了技术支持。文章对近年来运用fMRI技术研究推拿干预慢性疼痛的文献进行综述,发现推拿可通过调控脑中枢功能区域缓解慢性疼痛,同时也可通过关键节点调节脑网络信息处理能力。目前,基于fMRI技术揭示推拿干预慢性疼痛的脑中枢重塑机制研究取得了一定成果,未来可扩大在优势病种机制研究中应用,增加样本量,完善质量控制,丰富数据分析方法,重视全脑网络研究,进一步深化推拿干预慢性疼痛的脑中枢重塑机制研究。Tuina is one of the common external therapies used to intervene in chronic pain with significant analgesic effects.Functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI),a non-invasive dynamic neurological imaging technique,has provided technical support for the study of the central brain remodeling mechanism of Tuina in chronic pain.In this paper,we review the recent literature on the use of fMRI technology to study Tuina in chronic pain,and find that Tuina can alleviate chronic pain by modulating the functional regions of the brain center,as well as modulating the information processing capacity of brain networks through key nodes.At present,the research on the central brain remodeling mechanism of Tuina in chronic pain based on fMRI technology has achieved certain results,and in the future,we can expand the application in the research of the dominant disease,increase the sample size,improve the quality control,enrich the data analysis methods,and pay attention to the whole brain network research to further deepen the research on the central brain remodeling mechanism of Tuina in chronic pain.
