浅析《黄帝内经》中的“祝由”

摘　　要：祝由是一种中医疗法,首见于《黄帝内经》。《素问·移精变气论》中以祝由治疗正邪中人。《灵枢·贼风》中以祝由治疗宿邪因精神情志因素诱发的疾病。历代医家对祝由多有阐发,将祝由训为“祝说病由”或“祝断病由”。祝由的原理是“移精变气”,是通过胜其病因、调畅气机,改变人体的精气状态从而治疗疾病。祝由与巫术有别,巫术将无法解释的客观世界的现象,朴素地归纳为“鬼神”作祟,而祝由所言“鬼神”是指人神志出现偏倚时,心中所生的邪念。目前,祝由主要应用于精神疾病,但根据其作用机制仍能够拓展其应用范围。Zhuyou as a therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,is first recorded in Huangdi Neijing.Zhuyou was used to treat Zhengxie attacting human body in Suwen on chapter Discussion on Shifting the Essence and Changing Qi,and also used to treat latent pathogen exploded due to mental disorders in Sipritual Pivot on chapter Thief-like Wind.Physicians had many elucidation about Zhuyou through the ages,they interpreted it as‘to tell the original cause of the disease’or‘to aviod the original pathogen’.The principle of Zhuyou to treat diseases is‘yijing bianqi’,which is to improve the state of essence and qi through restricting the original pathogen and adjusting activity of qi.Zhuyou is different from witchcraft,as witchcraft defines inexplicable natural phenomenon as force from‘evil spirits’.But,‘evil spirits’in Zhuyou refers to the evil mind when one’s consciousness has prejudice.Currently,Zhuyou is mainly applied in mental disorders,but can expand the application scope based on its mechanism.
