摘　　要：古人将一些疾病归结为鬼邪作祟。文章采用文献考据的方法,考察了这些疾病概念,梳理其源流和发展。这些疾病大概可以分为急危重症、精神类疾病、传染性疾病、原因不明性疾病和妇儿类疾病等。其症状主要表现为精神异常、吐血、身体疼痛、心腹疼痛昏厥乃至卒死、小儿受惊以及小儿疳积等。以鬼为主要病因疾病具有突发性、传染性、预后较差等特点。The ancients attributed some diseases to ghosts.This paper uses the method of literature research to examine the concepts of these diseases and sort out their origins and development.These diseases can be roughly divided into acute and critical diseases,mental illness,infectious diseases,unexplained diseases and women’s and children’s diseases.The symptoms of these diseases are mainly manifested as mental abnormalities,vomiting blood,physical pain,abdominal pain,fainting,and even death,pediatric fright,and pediatric hoarding.Ghosts as the main cause of the disease has the characteristics of sudden,contagious and poor prognosis.
