半夏泻心汤的基准物质量值传递研究

摘　　要：目的:研究半夏泻心汤基准物质的量值传递关系,建立半夏泻心汤基准物质的质量标准。方法:通过制备20批基准物质,建立指标性成分含量测定方法及特征图谱,进行特征峰的归属,评价其相似度并测定出膏率。结果:20批基准物质的特征图谱相似度均>0.98。确定20批基准物质的出膏率范围为14.45%~17.67%;指标性成分黄芩苷含量为3.96%~7.35%,转移率为35.29%~65.55%;小檗碱含量为0.15%~0.28%,转移率为8.77%~16.29%;甘草酸含量为1.00%~1.85%,转移率为35.89%~66.65%。结论:半夏泻心汤的出膏率、指标性成分含量和特征图谱在饮片-基准物质中均能稳定传递。同时建立了半夏泻心汤基准物质的质量标准。Objective:To study the inherent transfer process of Banxia Xiexin Decoction material benchmark from decoction pieces,establish the material benchmark quality standard of Banxia Xiexin Decoction.Methods:By preparing 20 batches of substance benchmarks,the content determination method and characteristic spectrums of index components were established,the characteristic peaks were assigned,the similarity was evaluated,and the paste yield was determined.Results:The results shown that in the 20 batches of substance benchmarks of Banxia Xiexin Decoction,the similarity of characteristic spectrums was higher than 0.98.The paste-forming rate of the 20 batches of substance benchmarks was controlled at 14.45%-17.67%.The content of baicalin was 3.96%-7.35%,with the transfer rate was 35.29%-65.55%.The content of berberine was 0.15%-0.28%,with the transfer rate was 8.77%-16.29%.The content of glycyrrhizic acid was 1.00%-1.85%,with the transfer rate was 35.89%-66.65%.Conclusion:The paste-forming rate,index component content and characteristic chromatograms can be stably transmitted in the material benchmark from decoction pieces.At the same time,the quality standard of Banxia Xiexin Decoction material benchmark is established,and the quality attribute and quantity value transfer of Banxia Xiexin Decoction material benchmark were studied.
