摘 要:试验旨在采用体外三步法(瘤胃液-胃蛋白酶-胰酶)测定绒山羊常用精饲料原料的营养物质降解率,评价精饲料原料营养价值。采用单因素完全随机试验设计,每种精饲料原料为1个处理组,共16个处理组,每个处理组6个重复。结果显示,绒山羊对膨化大豆和豆粕的消化能(DE)分别为18.65、18.14 MJ/kg,均高于其他精饲料。豆粕和玉米的干物质(DM)、有机质(OM)、粗蛋白(CP)和粗脂肪(EE)的降解率较高,豆粕和玉米的DM降解率分别为99.50%、96.88%,玉米和压片玉米的OM降解率为97.15%和94.28%,玉米和喷浆蛋白的CP降解率为99.45%和98.63%,玉米和压片玉米的EE降解率为97.59%和95.73%。绒山羊对大豆皮的DE最低,为11.31 MJ/kg。大豆皮的DM降解率较低,为68.09%,棉粕、玉米皮和大豆皮的OM降解率较低,分别为75.10%、76.88%、78.36%,玉米皮和大豆皮的CP降解率较低,为65.16%、70.38%,玉米皮的EE降解率较低,为58.69%。研究表明,玉米、压片玉米和豆粕营养价值较高,玉米皮和大豆皮营养价值较低。The experiment was to determine the nutrient degradation rate of concentrate feed materials of Cashmere goat by a three-step method(rumen fluid-pepsin-trypsin)in vitro,to evaluate the nutritional value of concentrate feed raw materials.A single-factor completely randomized experimental design was used.There were 16 treatment groups for each concentrate feed raw material,and each treatment group with six replicates.The results showed that the DE for extruded soybean and soybean meal of Cashmere goats were 18.65 and 18.14 MJ/kg,respectively,which were higher than those of other concentrate diets.The degradation rates of DM,OM,CP and EE in the rumen,stomach and small intestine of soybean meal and corn were higher.The degradation rate of DM in soybean meal and corn were 99.50% and 96.88%,respectively,and the degradation rate of OM in corn and corn were 97.15%and 94.28%,respectively.The degradation rate of CP were 99.45%and 98.63%for corn and spray protein,97.59% and 95.73% for EE for corn and flake corn.Cashmere goat had the lowest DE of 11.31 MJ/kg for soybean skin.The rumen-stomach-small intestine in vitro DM degradation rates of soybean skin were 68.09%,the rumen-stomach-small intestine in vitro OM degradation rate of cotton meal,corn husk and soybean husk were 75.10%,76.88%and 78.36%,respectively,and the rumen-stomach-small intestine in vitro CP degradation rate of corn husk and soybean husk were 65.16%and 70.38%,respectively.The in vitro EE degradation rate of corn husk from rumen to stomach to small intestine was 58.69%.The study indicates that corn,flaked corn and soybean meal have higher nutritional value,while corn husk and soybean husk have lower nutritional value.
