摘  要:试验旨在探究平菇菌糠(P.SMS)的营养价值及饲用安全性。试验通过体外产气法和尼龙袋法探究不同比例平菇菌糠等比例替代全株玉米青贮对绵羊瘤胃发酵参数的影响。试验分为7组,Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组、Ⅶ组分别使用5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%P.SMS等比例替代全株玉米青贮,并评价不同颜色平菇菌糠的饲用安全性。结果显示,Ⅵ组、Ⅶ组绵羊48 h瘤胃累计产气量显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅴ组显著高于Ⅶ组(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组、Ⅶ组绵羊瘤胃潜在产气量显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅴ组绵羊瘤胃潜在产气量显著高于Ⅶ组(P<0.05)。发酵结束后,Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组绵羊瘤胃液pH值均显著低于Ⅴ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组绵羊瘤胃液pH值显著低于Ⅵ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ组绵羊瘤胃氨态氮(NH3-N)含量显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅶ组(P<0.05),Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组瘤胃NH3-N含量均显著高于Ⅶ组(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组绵羊瘤胃干物质降解率最高,Ⅶ组最低。3种不同颜色P.SMS中霉菌毒素含量均符合国家标准。研究表明,10%的P.SMS等比例替代全株玉米青贮饲喂绵羊较为适宜。The experiment was to investigate nutritional value and feeding safety of P.SMS.In the experiment,the in vitro gas production method and nylon bag method were used to explore the rumen fermentation parameters of sheep with different proportions of P.SMS replacing whole corn silage.The experiment were divided into seven groups,groupⅠwas control group,groupⅡ,groupⅢ,groupⅣ,groupⅤ,groupⅥandⅦused 5%,10%,15%,20%,25%and 30%of P.SMS to replace whole plant corn silage,respectively.The feeding safety of P.SMS with different colors was evaluated.The results showed that 48 h cumulative gas production of sheep in groupⅥand groupⅦwas significantly lower than that of groupⅠ(P0.05),groupⅤwas significantly higher than that of groupⅦ(P0.05).The potential gas production of sheep in groupⅢ,groupⅤ,groupⅥand groupⅦwas significantly lower than that of groupⅠ(P0.05),groupⅤwas significantly higher than that of groupⅦ(P0.05).After fermentation,the pH value of sheep in groupⅠand groupⅢwere significantly lower than that of groupⅤ(P0.05),groupⅢwas significantly lower than groupⅥ(P0.05).The NH3-N content of sheep in groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠand groupⅦ(P0.05),groupⅠ,groupⅡ,groupⅣ,groupⅤand groupⅥwere significantly higher than that of groupⅦ(P0.05).The rumen DM degradation rate of sheep was the highest in groupⅢand the lowest in groupⅦ.The mycotoxin content of P.SMS in three different colors meets national standard.The experiment indicates that 10%P.SMS is suitable for replacing whole plant corn silage to feed sheeps.
