摘　　要：研究旨在分析美洲大蠊全成分及饲用安全性。试验对美洲大蠊常量营养成分、矿物元素、氨基酸、重金属和微生物以及其他成分进行测定。结果显示,美洲大蠊粗蛋白含量为71.2%、粗脂肪18.4%、粗灰分8.8%、粗纤维7.0%,粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量均高于秘鲁鱼粉,K、P、Zn、Fe、Mn、Cu、I和Mo含量高于秘鲁鱼粉;美洲大蠊含有18种氨基酸,总量为48.72%,属于完全蛋白质,且必需氨基酸与总氨基酸的比例(EAA/TAA)为39.57%;重金属及其他有害成分含量均在安全范围内。研究表明,美洲大蠊作为一种优质的功能性蛋白原料具有较好的应用前景。The study was to analyze the composition and feeding safety of Periplaneta americana.The study was to measure of major nutrient component,mineral elements,amino acid,heavy metals,microorganisms and other components of Periplaneta americana.The results showed that the main nutrient components of Periplaneta americana were 71.2%of crude protein,18.4%of crude fat,8.8%of crude ash and 7.0%of crude fiber,respectively.The content of crude protein and crude fat were higher than those of Peruvian fish meal.The content of mineral elements K,P,Zn,Fe,Mn,Cu,I and Mo in Periplaneta americana were higher than those in Peruvian fish meal.It contained 18 kind of amino acids,accounting for 48.72%of the total,belonging to the complete protein,and the ratio of essential amino acids to total amino acids was 39.57%.The content of heavy metal and other harmful components were all within a safe range.The study indicates that Periplaneta americana can be use as a high-quality functional protein raw material,which has a good feeding application prospect.
