摘 要:含钒矿物浸出液中存在铁离子等杂质,严重影响钒的分离富集。本文以P204和P507为萃取剂,采用溶剂萃取法从含V(Ⅳ)和Fe(Ⅱ)的模拟浸出液中提钒,考察了pH值、钒浓度和铁浓度对钒萃取效果和钒铁分离效果的影响,同时分析了萃取前后有机相的结构变化。结果表明,pH值变化对钒萃取和钒铁分离的影响显著,P204更适用于强酸性条件下(pH<1)的钒铁分离,而P507更适合于较强酸性条件下(pH=2)的钒铁分离。在pH值为2,V^(4+)浓度为0.07 g/L,Fe^(2+)浓度为14 g/L,O/A相比为1.5,温度为25℃,搅拌时间为10 min的条件下,P507对钒的萃取率达到99%以上,铁的萃取率小于5%,表现出良好的钒铁分离效果。红外光谱显示,P204和P507萃取钒是阳离子交换过程,表现为萃取剂中P—OH官能团的H^(+)被VO^(2+)取代。Iron ions and other impurities existing in the leaching solution of vanadium-containing minerals seriously affect the separation and enrichment of vanadium.In this paper,P204 and P507 were used as extractants to extract vanadium from the simulated leaching solution containing V(Ⅳ)and Fe(Ⅱ)by solvent extraction.The effects of pH value,vanadium concentration and iron concentration on the vanadium extraction effect and vanadium-iron separation effect were investigated.At the same time,the structural changes of the organic phase before and after extraction were also analyzed.The results show that the effect of pH on vanadium extraction and vanadium-iron separation is significant.P204 is more suitable for the vanadium-iron separation under strongly acidic conditions(pH1),while P507 is more appropriate under sub-strongly acidic conditions(pH=2).When the pH value is 2,the concentration of V^(4+)is 0.07 g/L,the concentration of Fe^(2+)is 14 g/L,the O/A ratio is 1.5,the temperature is 25°C,and the stirring time is 10 min,the extraction rate of vanadium by P507 reaches above 99%,and the extraction rate of iron is below 5%,showing a good separation effect of vanadium and iron.The infrared spectrum shows that the extraction of vanadium by P204 and P507 is a cation exchange process,which is presented by the replacement of H~+with VO^(2+)in P—OH functional group of the extractant.
