摘  要:近年来随着国内核电的重启,核级海绵锆作为核级锆合金的主要原材料得到业内广泛重视,从而加快了国内核级海绵锆产业的发展。本文简要回顾了国内核级海绵锆的研究进展,论述了核级海绵锆常见的工业化制备过程,总结了主要生产工艺的优缺点及应用情况,从技术角度研判了未来核级海绵锆制备工艺的发展趋势,并着眼于降本增效、绿色环保等方面提出了建议。With the restart of domestic nuclear power in recent years,nuclear grade zirconium sponge has been widely emphasized as the primary raw material for nuclear grade zirconium alloy in the industry,accelerating the development of the domestic nuclear grade zirconium sponge industry.This study briefly reviews the research progress of the nuclear grade zirconium sponge in China,discusses the common industrial preparation processes of the nuclear grade zirconium sponge,summarizes the advantages,disadvantages,and applications of the main production processes,and analyzes the development trend of the nuclear grade zirconium sponge preparation process in the future from a technical perspective.Some suggestions on cost reduction,efficiency increase,and environmental protection are also put forward.
