水刺珍珠纹提花效果在实际生产中的要素分析

摘　　要：对实际生产中影响水刺珍珠纹提花效果的要素进行了探讨和分析,详细阐述了水针板、转鼓构造及鼓罩、水刺头、珍珠纹提花面以及负压抽吸和后道牵伸这五方面对水刺珍珠纹提花效果的影响,试验得出:可以通过设备及核心部件选型和工艺参数调整来优化水刺珍珠纹的提花效果,提高珍珠纹提花产品的性能和质量。The factors that affect the effect of spunlace pearl pattern jacquard in actual production were explored and analyzed.From the aspects of jet strip,drum shell,jet head,pearl pattern jacquard surface,suction negative pressure and draft,the influences on the effect of water needle pearl pattern jacquard were elaborated in detail.It can be concluded that the jacquard effect of spunlace pearl pattern can be optimized through the selection of equipment and core components and the adjustment of technological parameters,and the performance and quality of pearl pattern jacquard products can be improved.
