摘  要:通过熔融纺丝方法将石墨烯添加到涤纶中,使涤纶具有抗菌性。选用国标GB/T 20944.3—2008和美国标准AATCC 100—2012分别测试了石墨烯涤纶对大肠埃希菌、白念珠菌、金黄葡萄球菌的抗菌性,确定适合石墨烯涤纶的抗菌测试方法,并测试了石墨烯涤纶的抗菌耐洗性。试验表明:石墨烯涤纶对大肠埃希菌、白念珠菌和金黄葡萄球菌均具有非常好的抗菌效果;石墨烯涤纶经水洗50次以后,仍然对大肠埃希菌、白念珠菌、金黄葡萄球菌保持很好的抑菌率,说明石墨烯涤纶具有良好的抗菌耐洗性;石墨烯涤纶的抗菌测试适合采用GB/T 20944.3—2008振荡法。Graphene is added to polyester fiber by melt spinning method to make polyester fiber antibacterial.National standard GB/T 20944.3—2008 and American standard AATCC 100—2012 were used to test the antibacterial activity of graphene polyester against Escherichia coli,Candida alicans and Staphylococcus aureus respectively.The antibacterial testing method suitable for graphene polyester was determined,and the antibacterial and washability of graphene polyester was tested.The results show that graphene polyester fiber has very good antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli,Candida alicans and Staphylococcus aureus.After washing for 50 times,the graphene polyester fiber still maintained a good antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli,Candida alicans and Staphylococcus aureus,indicating that the graphene polyester fiber has a good washability.The GB/T 20944.3—2008 oscillation method is suitable for antibacterial test of graphene polyester fiber.
