摘  要:为了开展用于新型电力系统的储能电站构网型性能调试,文中开发了适用于构网型储能系统的移动式调试平台。论文提出了适用于高电压等级构网型储能系统调试的35 kV四象限功率单元拓扑结构,在基于跟网型储能调试系统控制策略的基础上,提出了适用于构网型储能系统调试平台的复合控制策略,满足了新型电力系统构网调试的快速响应需求;结合现场调试,对复合控制策略的控制特性进行了分析,验证了构网型储能系统调试平台系统和所提复合控制策略的有效性;在百兆瓦级储能电站,现场测试了所设计的移动调试平台构网型功能,首次在电站调试中实现了惯量调节、一次调频等运行工况,试验结果表明,文中所提出的调试平台保持惯量支撑调试过程中的电压稳定,降低了一次调频过程中调试电源的电流波动,通过移动式调试平台实现了快速输出幅值、频率和相位的能力。In order to carry out performance testing of grid⁃connected energy storage systems for new power systems,a mobile debugging platform applicable to grid⁃connected energy storage systems has been developed in this study.The paper proposes a 35 kV four⁃quadrant power unit topology structure suitable for testing high⁃voltage grid⁃con⁃nected energy storage systems.Based on the control strategies of the grid⁃connected energy storage testing system,a composite control strategy for the testing platform of grid⁃connected energy storage systems is proposed to meet the fast response requirements of new power system grid integration testing.Combined with on⁃site debugging,the con⁃trol characteristics of the composite control strategy are analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the grid⁃connected en⁃ergy storage system testing platform and the proposed composite control strategy.The mobile debugging platform’s grid⁃connected functionality was tested in a hundred⁃megawatt energy storage power station,achieving inertia adjust⁃ment,primary frequency regulation,and other operating conditions for the first time in power station debugging.The experimental results show that the proposed debugging platform maintains voltage stability during inertia adjustment testing and reduces current fluctuations in the power supply during primary frequency regulation.The mobile debug⁃ging platform realizes the ability to quickly output amplitude,frequency,and phase through its mobile design.
