摘 要:绝缘拉杆是GIS断路器内完成电气通断操作的关键结构部件,在高电场、强机械应力等耦合作用下绝缘拉杆缺陷极易引发沿面闪络或击穿故障,直接关系到开关设备乃至电力系统的安全稳定运行。文中利用超声波反射法对超特高压GIS断路器管式绝缘拉杆进行缺陷检测,首先设计了与绝缘拉杆形状相匹配的双晶探头以提高检测精度,对不同直径、不同深度人工气隙缺陷,不同深度的人工压痕缺陷和未投运的同型号绝缘拉杆进行了超声检测试验研究,提出了绝缘拉杆内部气隙、表面损伤以及管壁厚度不均缺陷的检测评估方法。结果表明,该方法能够准确检测出纤维浸渍不充分产生的内部气隙缺陷,生产、运输或者安装过程中绝缘拉杆碰撞导致的表面损伤缺陷和生产过程中模具偏心导致的绝缘拉杆管壁厚度不均缺陷,验证了超声波法对绝缘拉杆缺陷检测的有效性。Insulation rod is the key structural part to complete the electrical on⁃off operation in GIS circuit breakers.Under the coupling effect of high electric field and strong mechanical stress,the defects of insulation rod cause sur⁃face flashover or breakdown easily,which is directly related to the safe and stable operation of switchgear and even power system.In this paper,the ultrasonic reflection method is used to detect the defects in tubular insulation rod of EHV/UHV GIS circuit breaker.Firstly,a dual crystal probe matching with the shape of the insulation rod is designed to improve the detection accuracy.The ultrasonic detection is carried out on the artificial air gap defects with differ⁃ent diameters and depths,the artificial indentation defects with different depths and the same type of not operated in⁃sulation rods.The detection and assessment method for the internal air gap,surface damage and the pipe wall thick⁃ness unevenness of the insulation rod is proposed.The results show that the method can accurately detect the internal air gap defects caused by insufficient fiber impregnation,the surface damage defects caused by the collision of insula⁃tion rods during production,transportation or installation and the pipe wall thickness uneven defects due to the mold deviation in the production process,and the effectiveness of the ultrasonic method for the defect detection of insula⁃tion rod is verified.
