摘　　要：高品质IF钢板主要应用于汽车面板和轿车油箱等超深冲部件,对碳、氮间隙元素控制和表面质量均有很高的要求。对于高品质IF钢板的生产,大多数国内外钢铁企业选择转炉→RH真空精炼→板坯连铸的炼钢工艺流程,也有少数企业根据实际情况选择转炉→LF钢包精炼→VD真空精炼→板坯连铸的炼钢工艺流程。结合国内外生产实例,对高品质IF钢的炼钢流程和其中关键技术进行详细介绍和分析。High quality IF steel sheets are mainly used in automobile panel,car fuel tank and other ultra-deep drawing parts.The strict control requirement of carbon nitrogen content as well as high surface quality should be guaranteed for production of high quality IF steel sheets.The most of steel enterprises chose the steelmaking process of converter→RH vacuum refining→slab continuous casting.In addition,the combination of LF ladle refining and VD vacuum refining is also chosen by a few enterprises according to the actual condition.Based on the production practices,procedures and key technologies of steelmaking are overviewed and analyzed in detail.
