摘  要:钢铁企业在高炉冶炼中使用廉价的硼铁矿和高铝矿是降本增效的重要措施之一,但其容易引起高炉渣中Al_(2)O_(3)和B_(2)O_(3)质量分数的变化,会为高炉操作带来影响。因此,系统研究不同条件下Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数对含硼高铝渣的影响对高炉渣系的优化调控有重要的意义。基于旋转柱体法研究了不同条件下Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数对CaO-SiO_(2)-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)渣系黏流行为的影响。研究表明,当w(MgO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))变化时,Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数从12.28%增加到19.95%,黏度η1500℃从0.236 Pa·s升高到0.272 Pa·s,熔化性温度TBr从1258℃上升至1310℃,熔渣中硅铝酸盐网络结构逐渐聚集、聚合度升高,炉渣流动性变差;当Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数从12.28%增加到14.51%时,黏流活化能Eη从144.92 kJ/mol缓慢变化至152.68 kJ/mol,当Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数从14.51%增加到19.95%时,Eη从152.68 kJ/mol显著增加到176.70 kJ/mol,炉渣的热稳定性急剧变差。当w(MgO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))为0.47并保持不变时,Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数从11.00%增至13.00%,炉渣η1500℃从0.243 Pa·s缓慢降至0.242 Pa·s,TBr从1243℃缓慢升至1251℃,当Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数从13.00%增至19.00%时,炉渣η1500℃从0.242 Pa·s显著升至0.264 Pa·s,TBr从1251℃显著升至1313℃,熔渣中硅铝酸盐网络结构聚集,炉渣的流动性恶化;Eη呈现整体升高趋势,变化范围为156.76~174.46 kJ/mol,炉渣的热稳定性变差。综上所述,当w(MgO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))变化时,Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数为14.51%的炉渣具有较好的黏流行为;当w(MgO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))保持0.47不变时,Al_(2)O_(3)的质量分数不高于13.00%的炉渣具有较好的黏流行为。本研究可为在高炉冶炼中使用硼铁矿提供理论指导。Utilization of cheap ludwigite and high alumina ore in blast furnace smelting is one of the important measures to reduce cost and increase efficiency for iron and steel enterprises.However,it is easy to change the mass fraction of Al_(2)O_(3)and B_(2)O_(3)in blast furnace slag,which has an important effect on the operation of blast furnace.Therefore,the systematic study for influence of Al_(2)O_(3)mass fraction on the high alumina slag containing boron under different conditions is of great significance for the optimization and controlling of blast furnace slag.The influence of Al_(2)O_(3)mass fraction on the viscosity behavior of CaO-SiO_(2)-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)slag system under different conditions was studied by rotating cylinder method.The results show that,when w(MgO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))changes,mass fraction of Al_(2)O_(3)increases from 12.28%to 19.95%,the viscosity ni 50 c of slag increases from 0.236 Pa·s to 0.272 Pa·s,melting temperature Tr increases from 1258℃to 1310℃,and the silical-aluminate network structure in slag is gradually gathered and the degree of polymerization increases,which leads to the fluidity of slag become worse.With the increasing of Al_(2)O_(3)mass fraction from 12.28%to 14.51%,viscous activation energy E,changes slowly from 144.92 kJ/mol to 152.68 kJ/mol,and when the mass fraction of Al_(2)O_(3)increases from 14.51%to 19.95%,E,increases significantly from 152.68 kJ/mol to 176.70 kJ/mol,then the thermal stability of slag is decreased sharply.When w(MgO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))is constant at 0.47,with the increasing of Al_(2)O_(3)mass fraction from 11.00%to 13.00%,n10 c of slag decreases slowly from 0.243 Pa·s to 0.242 Pa·s and TB.increases slowly from 1243℃to 1251℃.When the mass fraction of Al_(2)O_(3)increases from 13.00%to 19.00%,ni 0 c of slag increases significantly from 0.242 Pa·s to 0.264 Pa·s,TBr increases significantly from 1251℃to 1313℃,then the silical-aluminate network structure in slag gathers,and the fluidity of slag is deteriorated.E,shows an overall increasin
