摘  要:薄板坯连铸拉速高,冷却速度快,在碳含量较高的中高碳钢生产中相比传统连铸有着更加突出的问题,开发与之相匹配的保护渣是确保薄板坯连铸中高碳钢生产过程顺利、铸坯质量合格的前提。针对薄板坯连铸工艺特点及中高碳钢钢种特性,总结了薄板坯连铸中高碳钢生产对保护渣理化性能的要求;同时对工厂薄板坯中高碳钢连铸用保护渣A和保护渣B的理化性能进行了表征与评价。研究结果表明,保护渣B的传热能力和润滑能力优于保护渣A,在保证对铸坯润滑效果的同时加快了钢液在结晶器内的热量传递,形成一定厚度的凝固坯壳。此外,保护渣B的黏度和熔化温度低、熔速快、具有良好的黏流性能与熔化性能。因此,保护渣B更满足薄板坯连铸中高碳钢的生产要求。Thin slab continuous casting has high casting speed and fast cooling speed,which is a more prominent problem in the production of medium and high carbon steel with high carbon content compared with traditional con-tinuous casting.Developing the matching mold flux is the premise to ensure the smooth production process of medi-um and high carbon steel in thin slab continuous casting and the qualified slab quality.According to the process characteristics of thin slab continuous casting and the characteristics of medium and high carbon steel grades,the re-quirements of physical and chemical properties of mold flux for medium and high carbon steel production in thin slab continuous casting are summarized.At the same time,the physical and chemical properties of mold flux A and mold flux B used for continuous casting of medium and high carbon steel in thin slab were characterized and evaluated.The results show that the heat transfer ability and lubricating ability of mold flux B are better than those of mold flux A,which can ensure the lubricating effect of the casting billet and accelerate the heat transfer of molten steel in the mold,forming a solidified billet shell with a certain thickness.In addition,mold flux B has low viscosity and melting temperature,fast melting rate,and good viscosity and melting performance.Therefore,mold flux B can better meet the production requirements of medium and high carbon steel in thin slab continuous casting.
