摘　　要：通过介绍临床常用麻醉蒸发器的结构功能,探讨麻醉机常见故障的处理措施,以提高设备临床运行质量。从外观结构、内部蒸发室和互锁装置等3方面分析麻醉蒸发器的结构组成单元和功能流程,梳理麻醉药物汽化的工作原理、监测及控制方法,结合设备临床使用情况,分析气道压力过高、泄露值异常及药物浓度控制错误等故障现象的原因,按照麻醉机和蒸发器的结构功能进行逐一排查分析,完成故障的排查处理。设备日常维护过程中应加强环境管理,提高清洗消毒质量,制定可行的预防性维修方案,以改进设备临床服务水平。By introducing the structure and function of anesthesia vaporizer commonly used in clinical practice,the treatment measures of common failures of anesthesia machine were discussed,so as to improve the quality of clinical operation of the equipment.The structural components and function flow of anesthesia vaporizers were analyzed from three aspects of appearance structure,internal evaporation chamber and interlocking device,and the working principle,monitoring and control method of anesthesia drug vaporization were sorted out.Combined with the clinical use of the equipment,the causes of fault phenomena such as excessive airway pressure,abnormal leakage value and drug concentration control errors were analyzed.According to the structure and function of the anesthesia machine and the evaporator,inspection and analysis were conducted one by one to complete the troubleshooting.During the daily maintenance of equipment,environmental management should be strengthened,the quality of cleaning and disinfection should be improved,and a feasible preventive maintenance programs should be formulated to improve the clinical service level of equipment.
