摘　　要：抗美援朝运动时期开展的社会动员,创造了一个总体性动员中国人民精神与实践能量的政治社会时刻。广大民众在中国共产党的带领下以实际行动为抗美援朝战争的胜利提供了精神支撑和物质支持。新时代,社会动员也是凝聚社会力量和赢得民众支持的方式和手段。深入研究抗美援朝运动时期社会动员的历史背景,回溯历史动因,可从其动员方式中获得现实启示:坚持和加强党的全面领导是动员工作取得成功的根本保障;充分依靠人民群众主体力量是动员顺利开展的基础支撑;开展宣传教育工作是社会动员取得成效的重要手段。The social mobilization during the anti-American movement to aid Korea created a political and social moment that collectively mobilized the spiritual and practical energy of the Chinese people.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the general public provided spiritual and material support for the victory of the war.In the new era,social mobilization is also a means to gather social strength and win public support.By deeply studying the historical background of the social mobilization during the Anti-American movement and recalling the historical motivation,we can obtain practical enlightenment from its mobilization methods:adhering to and strengthening the overall leadership of the Party is the fundamental guarantee for the success of the mobilization work;Fully relying on the main body of the people is the basic support for the smooth mobilization;To carry out publicity and education is an important means for social mobilization to achieve results.
