摘  要:贮存寿命是长使用周期、高可靠性产品的重要考核指标之一。为评估某型加速度开关的贮存寿命,该文采用温度应力四量级水平恒定应力加速试验方法研究了加速度开关的退化过程,并将阿伦尼斯加速模型与漂移布朗运动相结合,建立了产品的可靠性模型。最后采用极大似然和最小二乘法对试验数据进行了拟合分析。结果表明,某型加速度开关在100℃的加速量级下,其等效贮存年限可达33年,满足产品有效贮存期的要求。The storage life is one of the important assessment indicators for products with long service life and high reliability.In order to evaluate the storage life of a certain type of acceleration switch,the degradation process of acceleration switch was studied by using the constant stress acceleration test method with temperature stress four orders of magnitude.The reliability model was established by combining the Arrhenius acceleration model with the drift-Brownian motion.Finally,the maximum likelihood estimation and least square method were used to fit and analyze the experimental data.The results showed that the equivalent storage life of the acceleration switch was up to 33 years under the acceleration magnitude of 100℃,which met the requirements of effective storage life of the product.
