摘  要:本文选取基流比例法对河道内生态需水量进行计算,并以水库蓄水量为状态变量,放水量为决策变量,以发电量最大、缺水量最小和满足河道内生态需水为目标,考虑约束条件等建立不同来水情况下水库调度的多目标动态规划模型,并以陕西省石头河水库为例,在满足调度准则的前提下,研究调度模型的求解方法,从而维护河流的生态健康,实现人水和谐的可持续发展。In this paper,the base flow proportion method is employed to calculate the ecological water demand within the river channel.The reservoir storage capacity is considered as the state variable,while the release volume is treated as the decision variable.With the objectives of maximizing power generation,minimizing water shortage,and meeting the ecological water demand within the river channel,a multi-objective dynamic programming model for reservoir operation is established,taking into account various constraints under different inflow conditions.Taking Shitouhe Reservoir in Shaanxi Province as an example,the solution method for the operation model is investigated,while ensuring compliance with the operation guidelines.The ultimate goal is to maintain the ecological health of the river and achieve sustainable development by harmonizing the needs of humans and water resources.
