疏勒河干流生态流量的不同计算方法比较研究

摘  要:为保障疏勒河生态用水,科学确定生态流量,本文在调查分析长系列水文资料的基础上,采用6种不同计算方法比较评价,优选与现状执行标准接近的多年平均流量比例法计算结果,确定干流各控制断面最小下泄生态流量和水量控制指标,并兼顾河段生产、生态取用水情况分别提出各控制断面生态水下泄方式,对疏勒河流域水资源合理利用提供技术支撑。In order to ensure the ecological water use of Shule River and scientifically determine the ecological discharge,based on the investigation and analysis of a long-term of hydrological data,six different calculation methods are used to compare and evaluate,and the calculation results of multi year average flow ratio method which are close to the current implementation standards and can be implemented are selected to determine the minimum ecological discharge and water quantity control index of each control section of the main stream.Taking into account the production and ecological water utilization of the river reach,the ecological water drainage methods of each control section are proposed respectively to provide technical support for the rational utilization of water resources in Shule River Basin.
