摘 要:总磷是水质监测中一项重要的指标,水中总磷的测定有多种方法,但是使用最广、最简单、最经典的是钼酸铵分光光度法.主要归纳总结钼酸铵分光光度法测定水中总磷的研究进展,内容包括:样品采集、试剂的配制、水样消解、显色条件等对测定结果的影响,同时提出今后的研究方向,从而为分析测定水中总磷提供借鉴.Total phosphorus is an important indicator in water quality monitoring.There are various methods for determining total phosphorus in water,but the most widely used,simplest,and classic method is ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry.The research progress of ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry for the determination of total phosphorus in water is mainly summarized,including the influence of sample collection,reagent preparation,water sample digestion,color development conditions,etc.on the determination results.At the same time,future research directions are proposed to provide reference for the analysis and determination of total phosphorus in water.
