摘  要:分析了接触氧化除铁除锰的机理,接触氧化除铁符合一级化学氧化反应动力学规律,以化学氧化反应为主;接触氧化除锰是化学氧化和生物氧化共同作用的结果,其贡献大小还需实验进一步证实.对于缩短滤池成熟期方面,由于对除锰机理的认识存在差异,采用的方法也截然不同;对于接触氧化除锰,高铁条件下不利于锰质活性滤膜的形成,滤池成熟期延长,除锰效果减弱;高pH、DO(溶解氧)条件下,滤池成熟期缩短,对锰的去除效果较好;对于生物氧化除锰,进行适当的反冲洗、接种成熟的滤砂或接种特定细菌物种,都可使滤池成熟期缩短,除锰效果较好.阐述强氧化剂氧化混凝沉淀除锰原理与技术,对地下水除锰具有较好的效果;分析除锰机理,对后续除铁除锰技术的发展进行展望并提供依据.The mechanism of contact oxidation for iron and manganese removal was analyzed.Contact oxidation for iron removal follows the first-order chemical oxidation reaction kinetics,with chemical oxidation reaction being the main reaction.The removal of manganese by contact oxidation is the result of a combination of chemical oxidation and biological oxidation,and its contribution needs further experimental confirmation.In terms of shortening the maturity period of the filter,due to differences in understanding the mechanism of manganese removal,the methods used are also completely different.For manganese removal by contact oxidation,high iron conditions are not conducive to the formation of manganese based active filter membranes,prolonging the maturity period of the filter,and weakening the manganese removal effect.Under high pH and DO(dissolved oxygen)conditions,the maturity period of the filter is shortened,and the removal effect of manganese is better.For biological oxidation of manganese removal,appropriate backwashing,inoculation with mature filter sand,or inoculation with specific bacterial species can shorten the maturation period of the filter and achieve good manganese removal effect.In this paper,the principle and technology of manganese removal by strong oxidant oxidation coagulation precipitation are elaborated,which has a good effect on manganese removal in groundwater.The mechanism of manganese removal is analyzed to provide prospects and basis for the future development of iron and manganese removal technology.
