摘 要:为了实现医药物流配送成本最小化,并实现绿色医药.对考虑了固定成本、运输成本、能耗成本、时间窗惩罚成本和碳排放成本的医药冷链物流建立路径优化模型,采用改进遗传算法进行求解,在遗传算法的基础上引入禁忌搜索算法并结合实际进行算例分析.结果表明,改进遗传算法比基本遗传算法求解更有效,考虑碳排放成本的模型比未考虑碳排放成本的模型求解更有效.In order to minimize the cost of pharmaceutical logistics distribution and achieve green medicine,a path optimization model is established for pharmaceutical cold chain logistics that considers fixed costs,transportation costs,energy consumption costs,time window penalty costs,and carbon emission costs.The improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem.On the basis of the genetic algorithm,the Tabu search algorithm is introduced and an example is analyzed in combination with the actual situation.The results show that the improved genetic algorithm is more effective than the basic genetic algorithm,and the model with carbon emission cost is more effective than the model without carbon emission cost.
