大型立交跨多线铁路走廊的桥梁总体方案设计

摘　　要：上海市漕宝路快速路新建工程中的嘉闵高架立交项目为大型互通立交改建项目,其多条主线和匝道需要跨越立交东侧总宽约100 m的铁路走廊。多通道、集束化跨越铁路走廊的设计思路,将3条匝道和2条主线合并,组成跨径95 m+95 m的连续钢箱梁T构桥从而跨越铁路走廊,并采用转体法施工。嘉闵高架立交紧邻铁路走廊,匝道在曲线段与主线并线,T构桥总桥宽为45~100 m,相邻匝道和主线的桥面高差最大达3.5 m,T构桥的平面和立面均为异形结构。转体施工方案采取压重、张拉临时索的方式,解决异形结构自重不平衡的问题,减小转体期间梁体挠度和自重应力。目前国内转体桥一般为1~2条道路同时跨越铁路,桥梁形态较为规则,嘉闵高架立交将多通道集中于同一座桥梁转体施工中并成功跨越铁路走廊,实现快速施工,减少立交建设对铁路运营和市政交通的影响,为城市大型立交邻近铁路走廊的建设方案提供新的设计思路。The Jiamin interchange project in the new construction project of Caobao Road Expressway in Shanghai is a large interchange reconstruction project.In the project many main lines and ramps need to span the railroad corridor with a total width of about 100 m on the east side of the interchange.With the design idea of multi-channel clustering across the railroad corridor,three ramps and two main lines were combined to form a continuous T-frame bridge of steel box girder,which span is 95 m+95 m crossing the railroad corridor.Rotation construction method was adopted in the design.Because Jiamin interchange is adjacent to the railroad corridor,the ramps merge with the main line in the curved section,and the total width of the T-frame bridge is 45~100 m in wide.The height difference between the adjacent ramps and the main line is up to 3.5 m.The plane and elevation of the T-frame bridge are special-shaped structures.In the rotation construction,the weights and temporary tensile cable would be used to solve the problem of self-weight imbalance of the special-shaped structure,and to reduce the deflection and self-weight stress of the girders during the bridge rotation construction.The present domestic bridges are generally 1~2 roads crossing the railroad at the same time,and the bridge shape is more regular in rotation constructions.Jiamin interchange integrates multi-lines in one bridge to cross the railroad corridor using rotation construction method,achieving a rapid construction,diminishing the impacts of interchange building on railroad operation and municipal traffic.The overall design provides a new idea for the construction of large urban interchanges adjacent to railroad corridors.
