基于IOM的中国林业产业关联与波及效应分析

摘　　要：【目的/意义】分析中国林业产业的产业关联及波及效应,揭示产业发展现状及其特点,推动中国林业产业健康发展。【方法/过程】依托世界投入产出数据库,基于投入产出模型(IOM)选取完全消耗系数、完全分配系数、影响力系数、感应度系数,探究中国林业产业与其他产业间的关联程度及推拉作用,并与世界林业大国(美国、加拿大、俄罗斯、澳大利亚)进行横向对比分析。【结果/结论】研究发现:中国林业产业的产品生产对第二产业的依赖度较高,而对第三产业的依赖度较低,其主要为制造业、建筑业及自身提供基础原材料支持;与世界林业大国相同,中国林业产业对国民经济的拉动作用高于推动作用,属于“影响关联型产业”。据此提出加大政策扶持力度、推进产业融合发展、打造多元化发展模式等建议。【Objective/Meaning】The industrial correlation and ripple effect of forestry industry in China was analyzed in this paper,and the status quo and characteristics of industrial development were revealed,in order to promote the healthy development of forestry industry in China.【 Methods/Procedures】 Based on the world input –output database,the complete consumption coefficient,complete distributive coefficient,influence coefficient and sensitivity coefficient were selected based on the input–output model(IOM) to explore the correlation degree and push-pull effect between the forestry industry and other industries in China,and also to make a horizontal comparative analysis with the big forestry countries in the world(the United States,Canada,Russia and Australia).【Results/Conclusions】The results showed that the product production of the forestry industry in China was more dependent on the secondary industry,but less dependent on the tertiary industry.It mainly provided basic raw material support for the manufacturing industry,construction industry and itself.Being Similar to the big forestry countries in the world,the forestry industry in China had higher pulling effect on the national economy than promoting effect,which belonged to the “ influence related industry”.Therefore,the countermeasures were put forward,including increasing the policy support,promoting the industrial integration development,and creating the diversified development model,etc.
