摘 要:为研究在非线性接触界面下,制动盘与制动衬块的相互接触作用关系,建立了盘式制动器CAD和CAE模型,通过添加局部坐标系以及RFORCE卡片为制动盘创建转速,模拟恒定角速度的旋转力,并为制动盘与制动衬块、制动衬块与衬块背板的接触面创建接触对,采用非线性准静态的方法进行仿真分析。结果表明:制动盘与制动衬块发生接触变形的区域相吻合,制动盘接触应力呈对称式分布,从内侧向外侧接触应力呈梯度式减小。制动盘与制动衬块的接触应力随制动盘转速的提高而增加,在同等转速下,制动衬块的接触应力大于制动盘的接触应力,且差距随转速的增加而增加。In order to study the interaction between the brake disc and the brake pad under the nonlinear contact interface,the CAD and CAE models of the disc brake are established.By adding the local coordinate system and RFORCE card,the rotating speed of the brake disc is created,the rotating force of the constant angular speed is simulated,and the contact pairs are created for the contact surfaces of the brake disc and the brake pad,the brake pad and the pad back plate,simulation analysis using non-linear quasi-static method.The results show that the contact deformation areas of the brake disc and the brake pad coincide,the contact stress of the brake disc is distributed symmetrically,and the contact stress decreases in a gradient from the inside to the outside.The contact stress between the brake disc and the brake pad increases with the increase of the speed of the brake disc.At the same speed,the contact stress of the brake pad is greater than that of the brake disc,and the difference increases with the increase of the speed.
