摘  要:随着大功率激光切割机在车间普遍的使用,切割作业产生的烟尘增多,以往的除尘方式很难满足要求。本文研究了一种大包围激光切割机分区除尘系统,在同一分区内设置左右两个风门,有效防止了以往风口一端吸尘时,烟尘往一端逃窜的现象;同时外部采用大包围结构,通过在护罩顶盖左右加装12个轴流风机,防止小部分烟尘向上运动,减少其对工作台的污染。With the widespread use of high-power laser cutting machine in the workshop,the soot generated by cutting operation increases,and the previous dust removal method is difficult to meet the requirements.In this paper,a large enveloping laser cutting machine partition dust removal system is studied.The left and right air doors are set in the same partition,which can effectively prevent the phenomenon of dust escaping to one end when one end of the tuyere collects dust.At the same time,the exterior is surrounded by a large structure.By installing 12 axial flow fans around the top cover of the shield,it can prevent a small part of smoke and dust from moving upward and reduce its pollution to the workbench.
