摘 要:针对当前甘油制备二氯丙醇存在的催化剂活性低、生产成本高、能耗高、选择性差等问题,本研究开发了一种高效、高选择性的新型甘油氯化催化剂以及甘油连续化制备二氯丙醇的工艺技术。通过优化工艺参数,确定最优的甘油氯化温度为120℃~140℃、压力为常压、甘油和氯化氢摩尔比为1:3、盐酸水的加入量为2 L/kg(以甘油为基准)。对于70%~99%含量的甘油,均可作为制备二氯丙醇的原料,二氯丙醇的生成速率最高为0.537 kg/(kg·h),1,3-二氯丙醇的选择性最高为97.2%。For the problems including low catalyst activity,high cost,high energy consumption and poor selectivity in the preparation of dichloropropanol from glycerol,a new type of glycerol chlorination catalyst with high efficiency and high selectivity was developed,and the continuous preparation of dichloropropanol from glycerol was studied.Glycerin chlorination temperature was 120℃-140℃,pressure was normal pressure,the optimal molar ratio of glycerol and hydrogen chloride was 1:3,and the addition of hydrochloric acid water was 2 L/kg based on glycerol by optimizing the process parameters.It can be used as raw material to prepare dichloropropanol for the content of 70%-99%glycerol.The highest production rate of dichloropropanol is 0.537 kg/(kg·h),and the highest selectivity of 1,3-dichloropropanol is 97.2%.
