摘　　要：步态是决定脑卒中患者生存质量的主要因素,因此在偏瘫患者的康复训练中,提高步行能力是最主要的目的之一。近年来,越来越多的康复手段被应用于改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的步行能力,但尚无一种最佳的康复治疗方案。通过总结各类步态训练对脑卒中患者下肢运动功能改善作用的实用性及有效性,探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者步行能力康复治疗的最新进展,为临床实践提供参考。Gait is the main factor that determines the quality of life of patients with stroke,so in rehabilitation training of patients with hemiplegia,improving walking ability is one of the most important purposes.In recent years,more and more rehabilitation methods have been applied to improve the walking ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia,but there is no one best rehabilitation treatment plan.This review aims to summarize the practicability and effectiveness of various types of gait training on the improvement of lower limb motor function in stroke patients,explore the latest progress in the rehabilitation of walking ability in stroke patients with hemiplegia,and provide reference for clinical practice.
