摘　　要：目的分析2007至2023年国际远程护理的研究热点及研究趋势,为中国进一步发展该领域提供参考。方法检索Web of Science核心合集数据库中远程护理的相关文献,运用CiteSpace对其进行国家合作、期刊分布、关键词统计分析并绘制知识图谱。结果最终纳入1602篇文献,研究热点集中于远程医疗信息系统以及远程护理在慢性病患者中的应用,研究前沿为虚拟护理。结论国内远程护理正处于探索阶段,与国际合作较少,未来需要扩大国际合作,加强学习和交流,促进远程护理在中国更好地发展。Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends of international telenursing from 2007 to 2023,so as to provide reference for the further development of this field in China.Methods The core collection of Web of Science was searched to obtain literature of telenursing,CiteSpace was used to analyze the co-occurrence of countries,journals,keywords,and draw relevant visual knowledge map.Results A total of 1602 effective literatures were included.The research hotspot focuses on telecare medicine information system and the application in chronic disease patients,and the forefront of research is virtual care.Conclusion Domestic telenursing is in the exploratory stage,with less international cooperation.In the future,it is necessary to expand international cooperation,strengthen learning and exchange,and promote the better development of telenursing in China.
