摘  要:以水为溶剂,以相思树枝叶为原料,采用热回流方法进行提取,并将其用于真丝织物染色。优化的提取条件为:料液比1∶40,提取温度80℃,提取时间40 min,相思树枝叶提取率为24.45%。优化的染色条件为:染色时间40 min,染色温度85℃,浴比1∶40。染色后真丝织物的各项色牢度均达到4级及以上,且具有抗氧化性和抗菌性,对DPPH自由基清除率达到85.33%,对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率可达96.6%。Using water as solvent and Acacia branch and leaves as raw material,the colorants are extracted by heat reflux method and are used to dye silk fabric.The optimized extraction conditions are as follows:solid-liquor ratio is 1∶40,extraction temperature is 80℃,extraction time is 40 min,and extraction rate is 24.45%.The optimized dyeing conditions are as follows:dyeing time is 40 min,dyeing temperature is 85℃,and the bath ratio is 1∶40.The dyed silk fabrics have good color fastness above Grade 4,and high antioxidant and antibacterial properties with the DPPH free radical scavenging rate about 85.33%,and the antibacterial rate against S.aureus of 96.6%.
