锦纶用阻燃-拒水涂层胶的合成及应用

摘　　要：将实验室自制的含磷、氮、硫的阻燃聚酯二醇(SPAE)和氟化的拒水二醇(DFEA)分别作为软段和硬段,通过乳液聚合制备出拒水-阻燃水性聚氨酯(SPDF-WPU),并将其涂覆在锦纶织物上。测试结果表明,SPDF-WPU涂层织物的LOI、余焰时间、余辉时间和损毁长度分别为28.6%、4.6 s、0 s、11.2 cm。织物与水的静态接触角达到127.3°,拒水评分达到90分。即使经过10次洗涤,涂层织物仍然表现出良好的阻燃性、抗滴落性以及拒水性。通过结合不同温度下气态产物的光谱分析,系统地探究了SPDF-WPU的阻燃机理,发现P、N和S元素通过生成不可燃气体化合物、释放自由基、脱水和炭化,在气相和凝聚相中发挥协同阻燃作用。Water-repellent and flame-retardant waterborne polyurethane(SPDF-WPU)is prepared by emulsion polymerization using self-made flame-retardant polyester diol(SPAE)containing phosphorus,nitrogen and sulfur and fluorinated water-repellent diol(DFEA)as a soft segment and hard segment respectively.Then,SPDF-WPU as a finishing agent is coated on nylon fabric.The results show that the LOI,afterflame time,afterglow time and damage length of SPDF-WPU coated fabric are 28.6%,4.6 s,0 s and 11.2 cm respectively.The static contact angle between fabric and water reaches 127.3°,and the water repellency score is 90 points.Even after 10 washings,the coated fabric still shows good flame retardancy,anti-dripping and water repellency.In addition,the flame-retardant mechanism of SPDF-WPU is systematically investigated by combining the spectral analysis of gaseous products at different temperatures.It is found that P,N and S elements play a synergistic flame-retardant role in both gas-and condensed-phase through the generation of non-combustible gas compounds,the release of free radicals and dehydration and carbonization.
