摘  要:采用丙烯酰胺、甲基膦酸(5-乙基-2-甲基-氧代-1,3,2-二氧磷杂环己-5-基)甲基甲基酯和N-苯基马来酰亚胺构建了新型磷-氮协同阻燃体系,并用于涤棉织物阻燃整理。结果表明:与原涤棉织物相比,阻燃整理后的织物LOI值从19.5%提升至33.3%,熔滴现象明显改善,阻燃等级达到B1级,峰值热释放速率和总热释放量分别降低了22.63%和16.48%,且织物力学性能未受明显影响。阻燃机理研究表明:阻燃涤棉织物表现出不同程度的屏障效应、火焰抑制效应以及促进成炭效应,其中火焰抑制效应最强,燃烧后生成的炭层致密性和连续性明显提高。A new phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic flame retardant system is constructed by using acrylamide,methylphosphonic acid(5-ethyl-2-methyl-oxo-1,3,2-dioxophosphohex-5-yl)methyl ester and N-phenylmaleimide,and is applied to flame retardant finish of polyester-cotton fabrics.The results show that the LOI value of the flame retardant fabric increases from 19.5%of the untreated fabric to 33.3%,and the melt dripping phenomenon is significantly improved.The flame retardant grade reaches Grade B1,and the peak heat release rate and total heat release are reduced by 22.63% and 16.48%,respectively.The mechanical properties of the fabric are not significantly damaged.The research on flame retardant mechanism shows that flame-retardant polyester-cotton fabrics show different degrees of barrier effect,flame suppression effect and charcoal formation effect,among which the flame suppression effect is the biggest,and the compactness and continuity of the carbon layer after combustion are significantly improved.
