摘  要:在蒸馏体系中,具有高沸点和热敏性特征的物质在分离过程中会因长时间所受高温而发生结构变化,如何解决这一问题是分离与纯化的难点。分子蒸馏作为一种特殊的高新分离技术,常用于对高沸点热敏性物质的分离。对分子蒸馏原理及特点进行介绍,并概述了分子蒸馏在不饱和脂肪酸、维生素E、长链脂肪烷醇和角鲨烯提取中的应用,探讨了其实际应用时的不足,对未来的发展方向进行展望,为后续分子蒸馏技术在实际生产过程中提供理论指导。In distillation system,the structure of substances with high boiling point and heat sensitivity will change due to long time high temperature in the process of separation.How to solve this problem is the difficulty of separation and purification.Molecular distillation,as a special high technology,is often used to separate high boiling point heat sensitive substances.In this paper,the principle and characteristics of molecular distillation were introduced,and the application of molecular distillation in the extraction of unsaturated fatty acids,vitamin E,long chain fatty anols and squalene was summarized.The shortcomings of its practical application were discussed,and the future development direction was prospected,providing theoretical guidance for the subsequent molecular distillation technology in the actual production process.
