摘 要:以楸树为试验材料,通过试验研究带根整株苗催芽、截根苗干催芽、大田苗干萌芽3种不同处理催芽方式对萌芽数量的影响。结果表明:带根整株苗催芽平均每株采集插穗数量达150.1个,利用苗干催芽平均每株采集插穗43.1个,大田树苗平均每株采集13.2个;带根整株苗和截根苗干的催芽扦插生根率都很高,大田树苗萌芽扦插生根率低。综合考虑,本试验条件下,目前最佳处理方式为带根整株苗催芽。Using the Catalpa bungei C.A.Meyer.as the experimental material,the effects of three different treatment methods on the number of sprouts were studied through experiments,including whole plant sprouting with roots,root cutting seedling stem sprouting,and field seedling stem sprouting.The results showed that the average number of cuttings collected per plant for whole plant sprouting with roots reached 150.1,and the average number of cuttings collected per plant using stem sprouting was 43.1,while the average number of cuttings collected per plant for field seedlings was 13.2;The rooting rate of whole seedlings with roots and pruned seedlings is high,while the rooting rate of field seedlings is low.Overall,under the conditions of this experiment,the current optimal treatment method is to promote sprouting of whole seedlings with roots.
