摘　　要：北美冬青品种优良,宿果期长,近几年是我国引种栽培较多的秋冬季观果绿化树种,随着引种范围的不断扩大,对北美冬青的繁育技术、引种栽培及不同环境下的胁迫反应等做了大量研究工作,这对加快北美冬青在我国品种选育、适应性方面具有重要的意义。综述了北美冬青种子繁殖、扦插繁育及组培快繁的主要繁育技术,以及对盐、干旱、低温等胁迫的耐受性,以期为北美冬青的快速发展提供参考。Ilex verticillate has excellent varieties and a long fruiting period.In recent years,it has become a popular autumn and winter ornamental tree species introduced and cultivated in China.With the continuous expansion of the scope of introduction,scholars have conducted a lot of research on the breeding techniques,introduction and cultivation,and stress responses in different environments of Ilex verticillate.This is of great significance for accelerating the breeding and adaptability of Ilex verticillate in China.The author reviewed the main breeding techniques of seed propagation,cutting propagation,and tissue culture rapid propagation of Ilex verticillate,as well as its tolerance to salt,drought,low temperature and other stresses,in order to provide reference for the rapid development of Ilex verticillate in various parts of China.
