摘 要:双极板(BPs)作为燃料电池的核心部件之一,应具有优良的导电性、耐蚀性、低成本、良好的机械性能和气密性。与石墨BPs相比,金属BPs的力学性能较好,易于加工,成本较低,但是在燃料电池的酸性工作环境中易被腐蚀,会导致燃料电池输出效率降低,严重影响燃料电池的应用。因此,表面防腐蚀技术是使金属BPs突破应用场景限制的关键瓶颈技术,开发具有优良导电性、强耐腐蚀性的新型BPs涂层始终是该领域的一项重要任务。对过渡金属碳化物涂层、过渡金属氮化物涂层、非晶碳涂层、石墨烯基涂层、导电聚合物涂层和高熵合金涂层等在燃料电池金属BPs方面的研究进展进行了系统的梳理、总结和分析,提出了金属BPs在实际应用中仍须解决的关键问题,并对金属BPs防腐蚀涂层的发展趋势进行了展望。As one of the core components of fuel cell,bipolar plate has the important functions,namely,collecting the current generated by fuel cell,supplying reactive gas to the electrodes and preventing the penetration of reactive substances between the electrodes.Bipolar plate should possess excellent conductivity,high corrosion resistance,low cost,good mechanical properties and gas tightness.Compared with graphite bipolar plate,metal bipolar plate has better mechanical properties,easy processing and lower cost.However,metal bipolar plates are prone to corrosion in the acidic working environment of fuel cells,resulting in low output efficiency,which seriously affects the application of fuel cells.Therefore,surface anticorrosion treatment is the key technology for fuel cells to achieve breakthrough in the application.It is always an important task to develop new coatings for bipolar plates with excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance in this field.In this paper,the preparation,corrosion resistance and conductivity of several anti-corrosive coatings,including carbide coatings,nitride coatings,carbon-based coatings,graphene-based coatings,conducting polymer coatings and high entropy alloy coating,in recent years are systematically introduced.The key problems that still need to be solved in the practical application of metal bipolar plates are put forward,and the development trend of anti-corrosion coating for metal bipolar plates is also prospected.
