摘  要:控温稳定性是影响深低温区热力学温度测量不确定度、热力学温度国际比对可靠性以及温度标定水平的关键因素之一。为探究影响深低温区高稳定性温度控制的影响因素,在前期研究基础上,本文设计了温度计引线电阻和标准电阻控温实验方案,并在5 K和25 K开展了相关控温实验,定量评估了温度计引线电阻和标准电阻对深低温区温度测量平均值和控温稳定性的扰动影响。结果表明:温度测量平均值几乎不受引线电阻和标准电阻的影响;控温稳定性会随引线电阻和标准电阻而变化,引线电阻越低深低温区控温稳定性越高,并存在一个最佳匹配的标准电阻。本文研究结果可为构建深低温区高稳定性的低温工作环境提供参考。Temperature control stability is one of the key factors affecting the uncertainty of thermodynamic temperature measurement,the reliability of international thermodynamic temperature comparison and the temperature calibration level in the deep-low temperature region.In order to find out the influencing factors of high stability temperature control in the deep-low temperature region,based on previous studies,the temperature control experiment scheme of thermometer lead resistance and standard resistance was designed.The related temperature control experiments were conducted at 5 K and 25 K.The disturbance influence of thermometer lead resistance and standard resistance on the average temperature measurement and temperature control stability was assessed in the low temperature region.The results show that the mean value of temperature measurement is almost unaffected by lead resistance and standard resistance.Temperature control stability will vary with lead resistance and standard resistance.The lower the lead resistance,the higher the temperature control stability in the deep and low temperature region,and there is a more suitable standard resistance.The results of this study can provide reference for the construction of low temperature working environment with high stability in deep low temperature area.
