办公计算机在网络应用中泄密排查与防范管理研究

摘　　要：建立健全保密管理制度是防范、消除安全隐患的前提,同时也是建立健全管理体系、确保各项管理措施落实到位的关键。首先,要建立健全相关规章制度。在办公计算机和网络应用安全方面,可根据《保密法》和相关的法律、法规、规范性文件制定出一套完整、科学的安全保密制度;其次,要建立安全保密检查制度。在具体的日常工作中,要定期检查计算机、网络等设备是否有非法操作迹象,并采取相应的技术措施进行及时有效的处理,防患于未然;再次,要建立安全保密预警机制。对安全保密隐患和可能存在问题的部位和环节,要定期进行安全监控并及时向有关部门上报信息,确保一旦发生信息泄漏情况能及时、有效地加以处理并解决。Establishing and improving the confidentiality management system is the premise to prevent and eliminate the potential security risks,and also the key to establish and improve the management system and ensure the implementation of various management measures.First,we should establish and improve the relevant rules and regulations.In terms of office computer and network application security,a complete and scientific security and confidentiality system can be formulated according to the〈Confidentiality Law〉and the relevant laws,regulations and normative documents;Secondly,we should establish a security and confidentiality inspection system.In the specific daily work,it is necessary to check regularly whether there are signs of illegal operation of computers,networks and other equipment,and take corresponding technical measures to deal with them in a timely and effective manner,so as to prevent the accidents before they occur;Thirdly,we should establish a security and confidentiality early warning mechanism.For the potential security risks and the parts and links that may have problems,regular security monitoring should be carried out and the information should be reported to the relevant departments in a timely manner to ensure that the information leakage can be handled and resolved in a timely and effective manner.
