小组社会工作介入大学生社会责任感培养路径研究

摘　　要：青年学生是民族的希望和未来,肩负着时代赋予的历史使命和社会责任,青年一代的责任担当关系到社会主义现代化国家建设的进程。但是现实中也有不少学生出现消极避世、缺乏担当的行为。从当前大学生的社会责任意识现状看,主要面临着担当意识不足、更关注自我诉求等问题,因此通过小组社会工作理念与方法的介入,从利用优势视角、小组成员互动、参与社工实务等角度激发大学生的责任感和使命感,提升大学生对国家和社会的担当意识与情感认同,从而创新大学生社会责任意识的培育路径。Young students are the hope and future of the nation,shoulder the historical mission and important social responsibility entrusted by the times,and the responsibility of the young generation is related to the process of socialist modernization country construction.From the current status of college students'sense of social responsibility,they mainly face such problems as insufficient awareness,paying more attention to themselves.Therefore,their sense of responsibility and emotional identity towards the country and society should be enhanced through the intervention of group social work ideas and methods to stimulate the sense of responsibility and mission of university students from the perspectives of making use of their advantages,interaction among team members,and participation in social work practice,so as to innovate the way of cultivating the sense of social responsibility of college students.
