摘　　要：近几十年来,解决人类食物来源问题是科技参与的重要领域。一方面,科技在粮食与食物的产量和丰富性等方面做出了重要贡献;另一方面,食物技术对食物性质本身的改变,对土地、土壤、河流、湿地等自然生态系统也造成了侵害。在应对自然灾害的某些特殊时期,人们还会普遍陷入“食物焦虑”与“生态焦虑”的困境之中。在此背景下,重新认识科技的“双刃剑”属性,剖析食物技术在参与“食物正义”的实践中对社会与人性的影响,反思食物伦理缺失的后果,以及回望农耕文明的必要性等等问题,显得现实而迫切。基于此,文章重点对上述问题做理性与客观地分析,尝试为解决食物焦虑的社会实践探寻一条切实的路径。In recent decades,solving the problem of human food source is an important area of scientific and technological participation.On the one hand,science and technology have made an important contribution to the production and abundance of food;on the other hand,food technology has changed the nature of food itself,and caused damage to the land,soil,rivers,wetlands and other natural ecosystems.As a result,people generally fall into the dilemma of"Food anxiety"and"Ecological anxiety".Under this context,we re-understand the"Doubleedged sword"attribute of science and technology,analyze the impact of food technology on society and Human Nature in participating in the practice of"Food Justice",and reflect on the consequences of the lack of food ethics as well as look back on the necessity of agricultural civilization and other issues,which are appearing realistic and urgent.Based on this,this article focuses on the above issues to do rational and objective analysis,and try to solve the social practice of food anxiety to explore a practical way.
