摘　　要：分析因流量管控导致移动通信网络经常掉线的原因,提出通过发送复通指令给CRM,优化改造网元PCRF和PLCA,形成让移动通信网络实现在月初自动提速、自动复网的流量管控方案,彻底解决了复通不及时、提速成功率低下等问题,为不限量套餐业务发展和运营提供了很好支撑,为网络优化人员处理类似问题提供了参考。The article analyzes the frequent causes of communication network dropouts due to traffic control and the solution ideas,and forms a traffic policy control scheme by sending retransmission instructions to CRM optimization transformation network elements PCRF and PLCA to realize automatic speed boosting and automatic retransmission at the beginning of the month by the mobile communication network,which completely solves the problems of untimely retransmission and low success rate of speed boosting,and provides good support for the development and operation of unlimited package business.It provides a reference for network optimization staff to deal with similar problems.
