摘 要:为了探索甘肃狼娃山铁矿的工艺矿物学性质,为后续选矿作业奠定基础,对该矿石开展了较为全面的工艺矿物学分析,并做了产品考察。结果表明:该矿石中主要成分SiO 229.85%,有价元素Fe 32.5%,杂质元素含量较低。Fe主要以磁铁矿的形式产出,占TFe的81.57%,并含少量黄铁矿和赤、褐铁矿等;脉石以硅酸盐矿物为主;磁铁矿结构以自形-半自形中细粒状结构、他形粒状结构为主要存在形式,呈不均匀浸染状产出,集合体粒径范围较宽。产品分析结果表明:铁精矿中的Fe 99.56%来自于磁铁矿,且有害元素较少;产品中的Au、Ag品位较低,无法回收;铁精矿比重为4.65,尾矿为2.80;铁精矿主要分布于53~74μm粒级。In order to explore the process mineralogy properties of the Langwashan Iron mine in Gansu province and lay the foundation for subsequent beneficiation,a more comprehensive process mineralogy analysis and product investigation were carried out on the ore.The results show that the main component of the ore is SiO 229.85%,valuable element Fe 32.5%,impurity element content is low.Fe is mainly produced in the form of magnetite,accounting for 81.57%of TFe,and contains a small amount of pyrite,hematite,limonite,etc.Gangue mainly consists of silicate minerals;The magnetite structure mainly exists in the form of euhedral-semi-euhedral medium fine granular structure and otheromorphic granular structure.It is produced in the form of uneven disseminated,and the aggregate particle size range is wide.The results of product analysis show that 99.56%of iron in iron concentrate comes from magnetite,and the harmful elements are less.The grade of gold and silver in the product is low and cannot be recovered;The specific gravity of iron concentrate and tailings is 4.65 and 2.80 respectively.Iron concentrate mainly distributed in 53~74μm particle size.
