摘 要:对青海某铅锌矿进行了选矿试验研究。由于该矿石铅锌品位较低,生产中采用等可浮选工艺流程,产出合格的铅锌混合精矿。现由于矿石性质发生变化导致等可浮工艺无法产出合格的混合精矿,经过选矿试验研究对其采用优先浮选工艺流程,分别产出合格的铅精矿和锌精矿,最终得到了Pb品位56.16%、Pb回收率87.18%、伴生Ag品位258.26 g/t、Ag回收率76.34%的铅精矿,以及Zn品位50.15%、Zn回收率83.15%的锌精矿。An experimental study on beneficiation of a lead-zinc ore in Qinghai Province was carried out.Due to the low grade of lead and zinc,the equal floatable process has been used in the production of the ore to produce qualified mixed concentrate of lead and zinc.At present,due to the change of ore properties,the equal floatable process cannot produce qualified mixed concentrate.After beneficiation test,the preferential flotation process was adopted to produce qualified lead concentrate and zinc concentrate.A lead concentrate with lead grade of 56.16%,recovery of lead is 87.18%,associated silver grade of 258.26 g/t and recovery of silver is 76.34%,and a zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 50.15%and recovery of zinc is 83.15%were finally obtained.
