摘　　要：本文总结了酒钢3#高炉强化冶炼中采取的一系列技术措施,包括以“稳定中心、开放边缘”的技术思路为方向,通过精料管理、上下部调剂、综合鼓风、提煤比、大批重、重负荷、提顶压、加强出铁管理等措施,为高炉强化奠定了基础。酒钢3#高炉日产量创近十年历史最好水平1836 t,入炉焦比393.5 kg/t,高炉顺行高产持续时间刷新了高炉投产以来最高纪录。This paper summarizes a series of technical measures taken in Jiusteel 3#blast furnace intensive smelting,including the technical idea of"stabilizing the center,opening the edge"as the direction,through the concentrate management,upper and lower part adjustment,comprehensive air blast,coal lifting ratio,large amount of weight,heavy load,lifting top pressure,strengthening the iron out management,etc.,laid the foundation for the blast furnace intensive smelting.The daily output of Jiusteel 3#blast furnace reached the best level in the past decade of 1836 t,the coke ratio in the furnace 393.5 kg/t,and the continuous high production time of the blast furnace in line was the highest since the blast furnace was put into operation.
