摘　　要：1#高炉停炉期间炉喉结瘤脱落,多个风口灌渣,空料线停炉时料面控制在风口位置,有瘤残留,开炉难度大,通过采用氧枪开炉、偏风口送风,开炉期间设备零故障、工艺零事故,实现安全、快速达产达效。During the shutdown of blast furnace 1#,the Adam's apple nodules fall off,multiple tuyere fill slag,when the empty feed line stops the furnace,the feed surface is controlled in the tuyere position,there is residual nodules,it is difficult to open the furnace,through the use of oxygen gun opening,air supply in the tuyere,zero equipment failure and process accidents during the opening,to achieve safe and fast production and efficiency.
