摘  要:闪速熔炼是当今火法炼铜技术之一。西北某铜业公司闪速炉系统自2021年以来,受国际市场影响进厂低品质物料占比上升,处理低品质铜精矿时会出现产品质量下降、锅炉系统稳定性变差等问题。本文通过控制闪速炉供氧浓度、原煤配入量等措施以达到处理低品质物料高效、节能的目的。Flash smelting is one of the techniques of copper smelting by fire.Since 2021,due to the influence of the international market,the proportion of low-quality materials in the flash furnace system of a copper company in Northwest China has increased.In the process of processing low-quality copper concentrate,there will be problems such as product quality decline and boiler system stability deterioration.In this paper,measures such as controlling oxygen supply concentration and raw coal amount in flash furnace are adopted to achieve high efficiency and energy saving in the treatment of low quality materials.
