摘  要:采用比较经济且流行“回转窑还原烟化法”,即“威尔兹法”提取低度含锌废渣中氧化锌并回收有价金属,通过工艺过程和环保措施的控制,得到的ZnO含量为50%~70%,进一步处理后可作为锌冶炼企业的原料。通过对含锌废料的利用,提高了铅锌冶炼企业固体废物综合利用率,减轻了环保压力,实现了资源利用最大化。The economical and popular"rotary kiln reduction and fuming method",that is,"Wiltz method",was used to extract zinc oxide and recover valuable metal from low-grade zinc containing waste slag.Through the control of the process and environmental protection measures,the content of zinc oxide obtained is 50%~70%,which can be used as raw material for zinc smelting enterprises after further treatment.Through the utilization of zinc containing waste,the comprehensive utilization rate of solid waste in lead and zinc smelting enterprises is improved,the pressure of environmental protection is reduced,and the utilization of resources is maximized.
