摘  要:针对宝徽集团焙烧炉产能低,无法达到同类工厂先进水平的问题,对现有焙烧炉进行了改造升级。通过对焙烧炉冷却盘管结构进行设计,提升冷却能力、提高换热效率、增加投料量,通过计算烟道气体流速,对烟道结构进行了改造。改造后炉床能力由原来小于设计值6.5 t/m^(2)·d,提高到7.5 t/m^(2)·d,锅炉冷壁管因烟气冲刷频发的爆管事故显著降低,提高系统作业率达98%以上。In view of the low capacity of Bahui Group roaster,unable to reach the advanced level of similar plants,the existing roaster was reformed and upgraded.By designing the cooling coil structure of the roaster to improve cooling capacity,improve heat transfer efficiency and increase the feeding volume,the flue structure was reformed by calculating the flow rate of flue gas.After the transformation,the capacity of the furnace bed is increased from 6.5 t/m^(2)·d,which is less than the original design value,to 7.5 t/m^(2)·d.The frequent tube explosion accidents of the boiler cold wall pipe due to smoke scour are significantly reduced,and the system operation rate is increased to more than 98%.
